For approximately 20 cookies
INGREDIENTS
140 g dark chocolate
130 g butter (room temperature)
70 g raw honey
1 egg
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
180 g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Use knife to cut dark chocolate into small chunks. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Mix together butter, honey, egg and vanilla extract.
Add flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt, mix together.
Add chocolate chips.
Form small balls of dough using two spoons and place them 5 cm apart onto prepared baking tray. Flatten the cookies with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C until cookies are golden. Allow to cool.
