Mixing honey and vinegar is an old traditional remedy to warm up your body.
Add some spices and you will have a delicious tasty drink.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 cup)
2cm of fresh ginger, pealed and cut in small pieces
3 all cloves
1/2 tsp of turmeric
4 tbs of apple cider vinegar
6 tbs of water
1 tbs of Manuka honey
Organic lemon (optional)
Place all ingredients (except the Manuka honey) together in a small pot. Bring to boil, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in honey until fully dissolved.
Using a strainer, pour in a cup. Add a slice of lemon and drink hot 3 or 4 times a day if you got a cold.
