All the precautions will be taken while packing your order. However, our honey is packed in glass jars and remains fragile. We are not liable for products which are damaged during transit. Although, please let us know if your product doesn't arrive safely, we may be able to help.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
